Pierogi Ravioli Empanada Press and Pastry Maker
Made in the USA, this sturdy pierogi maker molds 6 crescent-shaped pierogi, ravioli, or empanadas at once. To use, place a sheet of pasta dough over the form and fill pockets with your desired filling. Brush edges with water or beaten egg and place the second sheet of pasta dough over the form. Roll a straight rolling pin across the form using pressure so it will seal and cut the pierogi or ravioli. You can boil the pierogi, or you could refrigerate or freeze for later use. Makes 6 (1.75 in x 3.5 in) Pierogies. The easiest way to cut and seal Polish pierogies, Chinese potstickers, filled tarts, etc.
