Returns / Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, minus shipping costs, or exchange the product for another one of the same value, minus shipping costs.

Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 14 days, if they have not been used, from the date the shipment tracking shows it as being delivered, whether it was received on that date or not. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. Any returned product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original retail packaging. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

International Shipments

Online returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States. Returns from international locations will be responsible for shipping costs.

Start Return Process

Begin the return process by giving us some details. Then pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and our shipping box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. 

Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will create a UPS or USPS shipping label for you to bring to a U.S. Post Office or UPS drop-off location depending on shipping method. 

Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States (includes US Territories and APO/FPO) only.

 

Once the returned product has been received, we allow 2 business days for review of the item's condition. If it's found to be unused in its original packaging a refund will be issued.

Refunds for Lost Shipments:

If package tracking shows that the package was lost by the carrier and not delivered to the customer, a refund will be provided to the customer. Any shipments that show tracking as delivered will not be refunded.
